1. Name of project- Management of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya

Community Served:- Girls of the poor and disadvantaged families of more than 10 years.
Supported By- Sarv shiksha Abhiyan, Fatehpur
Duration- Year 2009 to till date

Objective:-

There are 100 girls in this school. A boarding and education facility up to 6 to 8th standards is made available under the guidance of teachers who provide them with learning materials.

Main Out Come:-

  • The ability to read the weaknesses of poor deprived communities has increased.
  • 480 girls have been added to the mainstream of higher education.
  • Women education ratio has increased

2. Name of project- Implementation Support Agency (ISA)

This includes tasks like capacity building, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) activities, and ensuring the proper functioning of water infrastructure.
Supported By- Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Madhya Pradesh
Location – Gwalior
Duration- Year 2024 to till date 

Objective:-

There are 48 Villages to assist Gram Panchayats in implementing the Jal Jeevan Mission, which aims to provide safe drinking water through functional household tap connections to all rural households. This includes supporting the formation of Village Water and Sanitation Committees (VWSCs), building their capacity, and conducting need assessments for FHTCs.

Main Out Come:-

  • ISAs work with communities to plan, implement, and maintain water supply systems, fostering local ownership and sustainability.
  • JJM has provided tap water connections to a substantial number of rural households, significantly increasing access to reliable and safe drinking water.
  • ISA utilizes various communication strategies to raise awareness about the mission and its benefits, fostering public engagement.

4. Name of Project – National Child Labour Project

Community Served – Adding workers to the mainstream of education for the workers of 9 to 14 years child labour . engaged in hazardous works.
Supported By – Ministry of labour and Employment GoI
Duration – Year 2006 to till date

Objective:-

  • To provide child labor education to children up to class 5.
  • Develop skill  during studies.
  • Perform mental development activities to change behavior.
  • To ensure their fundamental rights to children.

Main Out Come:-

  • Studied children have left child labor
  • So far about 9 00 children have been alive in the mainstream of education.
  • In areas where the institution is working, there is no longer a child labor.

5. Name of project – Equine welfare Project

Community Served – Operation of the program for the welfare of the equine and their owners of the equine species working on brick kilns.
Supported By – Brooke India, New Delhi
Duration – Year 2016 to till date
Project Area – Fatehpur & Banda

Objective:-

  • Treating the animals of Equine species.
  • Owners aware of keeping animals.
  • Providing information and joining government schemes to increase the income of animal owners.
  • Formation of Self Half Group among the owners. By which he can generate income generating activities for his Income.

Main Out Come:-

  • 33 Formation of Self-Half Group.
  • 17 self-help group was linked to the bank.
  • 1700 Equine animals were treated.
  • 03 Self-help groups were given vocational training.

6. Name of Project – Capacity Building  Key Resource Centres (KRC)

Supported By – National Jal Jeevan Mission, New Delhi
Duration – Year 2021 to Till now

Objective:-

  • Conduct training and capacity building of national and state stakeholders in view of current needs and challenges under JJM, water quality monitoring and surveillance, water and energy audit, operation and maintenance, use of hydro-geo-morphological maps, automation and source sustainability, use of solar energy, monitoring and evaluation, etc.
  • Build capacity of different stakeholders to implement appropriate and cost effective technologies that promote community participation and source sustainability.
  • Raise awareness and understanding of the JJM by capacity building of DWSM, GPs/ VWSCs or Paani Samitimembers,representativesof PRIs,NGOs, Self Help Groups engaged as ISAs, school functionaries, health workers and other stakeholders.
  • Organize small and large events like workshops, seminars, symposiums, round table discussions, conferences, meetings, expert talks on issues relating to safe drinking water.

Main Out Come:-

  • KRCs are expected to partner with NJJM to usher in the ‘change management’ in the sector so as to provide and sustain viable and functional water supply systems on a long-term and assured basis.
